What a Federal Apostille obtained recently looks like
If your document is signed by a Federal official/institution and the country-of-use is party to the 1961 Hague Convention, you must get a Federal apostille certificate
OR
If the Federal document is to be used in a country NOT a party to the Hague Convention, a Federal Authentication certificate is needed.
